Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je definovat problematikou zaměstnaneckých výhod v Policii ČR, zanalyzovat jejich systém poskytování v konkrétní organizační složce a výsledky využít ke zhodnocení stávajícího stavu a provedení návrhů na zefektivnění systému.
Abstract:
The object of this work is to define the issue of employee benefits in the police, to analyze their delivery system in a specific organizational unit, and the results used to evaluate the current status and implementation of proposals to streamline the system.
