Characteristics of microorganisms degrading aliphatic hydrocarbons
Abstract:
Cílem práce byla charakteristika 33 kmenů degradačních mikroorganismů izolovaných z kontaminovaných lokalit. Kultivací na minerálním médiu bylo zjištěno, že 17 kmenů nebylo schopno růstu na motorové naftě jako jediném zdroji uhlíku. Přídavky Co2+ a Ni2+ (5.10-4 mol/l až 0,1 mol/l) do média vedly až na několik výjimek k inhibici růstu testovaných kmenů. Na šesti kmenech byl testován vliv pH (5-9) bez …more
Abstract:
The purpose of my work was the characteristics of thirty-three strains of degradation microorganisms isolated from contaminated sites. The cultivation revealed that seventeen strains were not able to grow on diesel fuel as the sole source of carbon and energy.
