The issue of dissolution of marriage given the length of duration of the marriage

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice rozpadu manželství v rámci délky jeho trvání. Teoretická část je členěna do dvou stěžejních kapitol, kterými jsou manželství a rozvod. Obě kapitoly rozebírám komplexně v rámci historického i soudobého kontextu, sleduji jejich právní ukotvení, statistické údaje, důvody, které jim předcházejí, vývojové fáze a možnosti terapeutické pomoci. V praktické části jsem zvolila kvantitativní pojetí výzkumu realizované technikou dotazníku. Hlavním cílem je zmapovat problematiku rozpadu manželství v rámci jednotlivých kategorií délky trvání manželství. Závěr práce nabízí odhalení významných skutečností, které se k této problematice vztahují.

Abstract:

The diplome thesis deals with problems of break up of a marriage within lenght of its du-ration. The theoretical part is dirided into two main chapters which are a marriage and a divorce. I analyse the both chapters comprehensively with historical and contemporary context. I observe their legal anchoring, statistical data, reasons which come before them, development phases and possibilities of therapeutic help. In the practical part I chose quan-titative conception of research realized by questionaire technology. The main aim is to map problems of break ? up of a marriage within particular categories of lenght of its duration. The end of the work offers revelation of important realities which relate to the problems.
