Monitoring of respiratory parameters in various postural positions

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje vztahu respirace a posturálního zajištění. Teoretická část je psána formou rešerše. Praktická část práce obsahuje měření spirometrických hodnot FVC a FEV1 v supinační poloze, modelu 3. měsíce, habituálním sedu, korigovaném sedu a kvadrupedu. Vyšetření probíhalo na 40 zdravých probandech bez respiračního onemocnění ve věku 20 - 27 let. Nejvyšší průměrná hodnota 4,11 l FVC byla naměřena v pozici kvadrupedu. Nejvyšší průměrná hodnota 3,47 l FEV1 byla naměřena v pozici habituálního sedu. U mužů byly naměřeny vyšší plicní objemy v každé pozici.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis describes connections between respiration and postural setting. Theoretical part is written as a recherche. Practical part of thesis contains a measurement of spirometric values FVC and FEV1 in supine position, model of 3. month old, habitual sitting, upright sitting and kvadruped postition. Total sum of 40 healthy subjects without any respiratory disease aged between 20 - 27 years participated in examination. The highest average value with 4,11 l of FVC was measured in kvadruped postition. The highest average value with 3,47 l of FEV1 was measured in habitual sitting position. We measured higher lung volumes in men in every position.
