Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám studií bezhotovostního platebního styku a jeho změnou, vyvolanou zákonem č. 284/2009 Sb., o platebním styku v oblasti bankovnictví. V první části se obecně věnuji problematice platebního styku. Ve druhé části popisuji změny, které přináší nový zákon v oblasti bezhotovostních plateb a hodnotím jejich účinnost. In my bachelor's thesis I am analyzing the non-cash payment system and specifically impact of the change caused by the Act no. 284/2009, Coll, on Paymen System. In the first part I am describing non-cash payment system in general. In the second part I am focused on ganges brought by new law in field of non-cash paymen system evaluating its effectivess.
