Selected structural joints in interaction with furniture parts based on Cannabis sativa L.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá nábytkovými dílci vyrobenými na bázi Cannabis sativa L. Hodnotí a shrnuje vliv několika faktorů, které mají vliv na tuhost a únosnost spojů mezi dílci, jako je typ spojovaného materiálu či způsob namáhání při testování. V teoretické části shromažďuje informace o alternativních materiálech, a to zejména o těch na bázi konopí setého. Zaměřuje se rovněž na shrnutí tématiky konstrukčních spojů v nábytkářství. Praktická část se soustředí na testování a analýzu pevných rohových spojů provedených pomocí dřevěných kolíků. Výsledek této práce může být podkladem pro zdokonalení konstrukčních spojů užívaných v interakci s konopnými deskami a zvýšení jejich tuhosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with furniture parts made on the basis of Cannabis sativa L. It evaluates and summarizes the influence of several factors that influence the stiffness and load-bearing capacity of the joints between these parts, such as the type of material or the method of testing. In the theoretical part, it collects information about alternative materials, especially those based on hemp. It also summarizes the topic of structural joints used in the furniture production. The practical part focuses on the testing and analysis of solid corner joints made with wooden dowels. The result of this work can be the basis for improving structural joints used in interaction with hemp boards and increasing their stiffness.
