Abstract:

Tato disertační práce se zabývá výzkumem použití hliníku, zejména hliníkových slitin typu Al-Si. Slitina AlSi7Mg0,3 byla vybrána pro experimentální účely, hlavně kvůli svým dobrým slévárenským vlastnostem, mechanickým vlastnostem, jako je vysoká pevnost, korozní odolnost atd. Tato slitina nachází své široké uplatnění v raketovém či leteckém průmyslu a často se používá i pro odlitky do automobilního průmyslu, většinou na velmi namáhané součástky (rámy, části podvozků, díly motorů atd.). V tomto případě je potřeba zajistit vynikající mechanické vlastnosti hliníkových slitin, což lze dosáhnout použitím procesu očkování anebo modifikace. V případě modifikace je jeho hlavním cílem změna morfologie a tvaru krystalu křemíku, což způsobuje zvýšení mechanických vlastností slitiny. Jedním z nejvíce používaných modifikátorů je využíváno stroncium. Stroncium je nejpoužívanějším modifikátorem v podeutektických a eutektických siluminech. Modifikační účinek stroncia odeznívá a s postupem času dochází u taveniny k jeho odpalování, tzn. k poklesu obsahu modifikačního prvku a modifikační účinek do 1 až 2 hodiny odeznívá. Proto dalším prvkem, který se používá k prodloužení doby modifikace stronciem, je beryllium. Teoretická část disertační práce je věnována slitinám typu Al-Si legovaných Mg, modifikačním účinkům a jejich vlivům na mechanizmus tuhnutí eutektika pomocí známých modifikátorů jako jsou: Stroncium, vápník, antimon, sodík atd. Kromě toho se teoretická část věnuje tepelnému zpracování a metodám zkoumání a vyhodnocování vlastností hliníkových slitin typu Al-Si. Cílem práce bylo vyvinout novou slitinu typu Al-Si při zachování a udržení jejich mechanických vlastností v závislosti na použitém modifikátoru, kde jednou z oblastí aplikovatelnosti je automobilový a letecký průmysl. Experimentální část disertační práce je zaměřena na vývoj nové slitiny typu AlSi7Mg0,3SrBe a tedy na prozkoumání oblasti vlivu stroncia a to v kombinaci s berylliem přidávaným do podeutektického siluminu AlSi7Mg0,3. Všechny zkoumané vzorky byly odlity pomocí technologie gravitačního lití, kde bylo Sr a Be využito ve formě předslitin AlSr10 a AlBe5. Beryllium bylo využito v odstupňovaném množství 0,1 hm. %, 0,15 hm. % a 0,2 hm. % Be s cílem nalezení optimálního množství beryllia s důrazem na dosažení? co nejvyšší? hodnoty tažnosti při zachováni? pevnosti za normálních (pokojových) teplot. Kromě toho byly vzorky odlity v časovém rozmezí 1 až 4 hodin pro zjištění prodloužení modifikačních schopností Sr v kombinaci s Be. Pro získané slitiny byla provedena celková strukturální analýza pomocí kvantitativních a kvalitativních metod hodnocení struktur, kde byly identifikovány jednotlivé strukturální složky. Identifikace byla provedena pomocí metod spektrální a chemické analýzy, barevné metalografie a EDS analýz na elektronovém rastrovacím mikroskopu. Kromě toho bylo provedeno zkoumání mechanických vlastností (mez pevnosti, mez kluzu a plasticity) vyvíjené slitiny. Další část práce byla věnována optimalizaci tepelného zpracování s vlivem na mechanické vlastnosti odlitků u nově navržené slitiny AlSi7Mg0,3SrBe. Byl proveden režim tepelného zpracování, který zahrnoval rozpouštěcí ohřev, vytvrzování a následné ochlazení na vzduchu u všech připravených vzorků. Na takto připravených vzorcích byla provedena statická zkouška tahem, zkouška mikrotvrdosti tuhého roztoku podle Vickerse a také zkouška tvrdosti podle Brinella.

Abstract:

This dissertation deals with the research of the use of aluminum, especially aluminum alloys of the Al-Si type. AlSi7Mg0.3 alloy was selected for experimental purposes, mainly due to its good foundry properties, mechanical properties such as high strength, corrosion resistance, etc. This alloy is widely used in the rocket or aerospace industry and is often used for castings in the automotive industry, mostly on highly stressed components (frames, chassis parts, engine parts, etc.). In this case, it is necessary to ensure high mechanical properties of aluminum alloys, which can be achieved by using a seeding process or modification. In the case of modification, its main goal is to change the morphology and shape of the silicon crystal, which causes an increase in the mechanical properties of the alloy. One of the most widely used modifiers is strontium. Strontium is the most widely used modifier in hypoeutectic and eutectic silumin. The modifying effect of strontium subsides, where over time the melt is fired, ie. the content of the modifying element decreases and the modifying effect subsides within 1 to 2 hours. Therefore, another element that is used to prolong the strontium modification time is beryllium. The theoretical part of the dissertation is devoted to Mg-alloyed Al-Si alloys, modifying effects and their effects on the solidification mechanism of eutectics of known modifiers such as strontium, calcium, antimony, sodium, etc. In addition, the theoretical part deals with heat treatment and methods of research Al-Si type aluminum alloys. The aim of the work was to develop a new Al-Si type alloy while maintaining and maintaining their mechanical properties depending on the modifier used, where one of the areas of applicability is the automotive and aerospace industries. The experimental part of the dissertation is focused on the development of a new alloy of the type AlSi7Mg0.3SrBe and thus on the investigation of the area of influence of strontium in combination with beryllium added to the subeutectic silumin AlSi7Mg0.3. All investigated samples were cast using gravity casting technologies, where Sr and Be were used in the form of AlSr10 and AlBe5 master alloys. Beryllium was used in a graded amount of 0.1 wt. %, 0.15 wt. % and 0.2 wt. % Be in order to find the optimal amount of beryllium with an emphasis on achieving the highest possible value of ductility while maintaining strength at normal temperatures. In addition, samples were cast over a period of 1 to 4 hours to determine the prolongation of Sr's modifying ability in combination with Be. An overall structural analysis was performed for the obtained alloys using quantitative and qualitative methods of structure evaluation, where individual structural components were identified. Identification was performed using spectral and chemical analysis, colour metallography and EDS analysis on a scanning electron microscope. In addition, the mechanical properties (yield strength, yield strength and plasticity) of the developed alloy were investigated. Another part of the work was devoted to the optimization of heat treatment with influence on the mechanical properties of castings in the newly designed alloy AlSi7Mg0.3SrBe. A heat treatment regime was performed, which included solution heating, curing and subsequent air cooling of all prepared samples. The samples prepared in this way were subjected to a static tensile test, a micro hardness test of a solid solution according to Vickers and also a hardness test according to Brinell.
