Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou silničních dopravních nehod. Cílem práce je posoudit bezpečnost na železničních přejezdech ve vybraném regionu. V první části práce je obecně definována problematika bezpečnosti a různé přístupy jejího vymezení. Dále je bezpečnost rozdělena na druhy a je vysvětlen rozdíl mezi pojmy hrozba a riziko. Topic of the thesis deals with the issue of road traffic accidents. The aim of the work is to assess the safety of railway crossings in a selected region. The first part of the thesis generally defines the issue of security and various approaches to its definition.
