Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současný stav podniku v rámci řízení znalostí v projektech, zejména jakým způsobem zachytávají, ukládají a sdílejí znalosti z projektů, identifikovat nástroje a metody využívané v podniku k těmto činnostem a posoudit, zda tyto nástroje přispívají k úspěšnému dokončování projektů. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state of knowledge management in projects, how they capture, store and share project knowledge, identify tools and methods used in the company and assess whether these tools contribute to successful completion of projects. Based on the research conducted, propose any measures that would lead to more effective knowledge management in projects.
