MicroRNA (miRNA) jsou krátké nekódující molekuly RNA o délce kolem 19-24 nukleotidů, které slouží k regulaci genové exprese na posttranskripční úrovni. Hrají tak důležitou roli v mnoha biologických procesech jako proliferace, diferenciace a apoptóza. Abstract:
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short 19-24 nucleotides long non-coding RNA molecules that function as post-transcriptional regulators of gene expression. They have an important role in many biological processes such as proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis.
