Abstract:
MBTA is a cancer immunotherapy consisting of mannan-BAM, Toll-like receptor agonists, and anti-CD40 antibodies developed by Dr. Ženka. This thesis investigates options for MBTA therapy in combination with the glutamine metabolism inhibitor 6-diazo-5-oxo-L-norleucine (DON).
