The benefit of PET / MRI for head and neck tumor staging
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a patologie nádorů hlavy a krku, epidemiologie, etiologie a diagnostika. Praktická část se zabývá hybridními zobrazovacími metodami, konkrétně přístrojem PET/MR a jeho přínosem u stagingu nádorů hlavy a krku.
Abstract:
The bachelors thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is theoretical part in which is described the anatomy and patology of head and neck tumors, epidemiology, etiology and diagnostics. The second part is practical part which is dealing with hybrid imaging methods specifically with PET/MR and its benefit for head and neck tumors.
