Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Bakalářská práce na téma „Role sociálního pracovníka v multidisciplinárním týmu duševního zdraví pro děti a adolescenty“ se zabývá vznikem multidisciplinárních týmů pro děti s duševním onemocněním a popisem role sociálního pracovníka. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která obsahuje 5 kapitol, a část praktickou. První kapitola teoretické části objasňuje reformu psychiatrické péče. Druhá kapitola popisuje vznik multidisciplinárních týmů a jejich působení u dětí a adolescentů s duševním onemocněním, třetí kapitola se již zabývá konkrétním multidisciplinárním týmem ve Fakultní nemocnici v Ostravě. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje roli sociálního pracovníka. Poslední kapitola blíže popisuje nejčastější diagnózy u dětí a adolescentů, se kterými se odborníci v multidisciplinárním týmu setkávají. Cílem praktické části je zjistit a popsat roli sociálního pracovníka v multidisciplinárním týmu ve Fakultní nemocnici v Ostravě. Praktická část obsahuje cíl, charakteristiku zařízení, popis výzkumného vzorku, metody výzkumu, časový harmonogram. Data byla získávána prostřednictvím ohniskové skupiny, sloužil k tomu polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Následně byla data zpracována kódováním a metodou vytváření trsů, přičemž získané poznatky byly rozděleny do konkrétních dílčích cílů, které jsou popsány ve výsledcích výzkumu. V závěru praktické části je shrnutý cíl a doporučení.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis on "The Role of the Social Worker in the Multidisciplinary Mental Health Team for Children and Adolescents" deals with the emergence of multidisciplinary teams for children with mental illness and a description of the role of the social worker. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which includes 5 chapters, and a practical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part explains the reform of psychiatric care. The second chapter describes the establishment of multidisciplinary teams and their work with children and adolescents with mental illness, while the third chapter deals with a specific multidisciplinary team at the University Hospital in Ostrava. The fourth chapter describes the role of the social worker. The last chapter describes in more detail the most frequent diagnoses in children and adolescents encountered by professionals in the multidisciplinary team. The aim of the practical part is to identify and describe the role of the social worker in the multidisciplinary team at the University Hospital in Ostrava. The practical part includes the aim, characteristics of the facility, description of the research sample, research methods, time schedule. Data was collected through a focus group, a semi-structured interview was used. Subsequently, the data were processed by coding and clustering method, and the findings were divided into specific sub-objectives, which are described in the research results. The practical section concludes with a summary of the objectives and recommendations.
