Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit současný stav skladových procesů ve zvolené společnosti a následně navrhnout opatření pro jejich zefektivnění. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current state of warehouse processes in the selected company and subsequently propose measures for their improvement. For the purpose of this thesis the company ExaSoft was chosen. For the processing, mainly secondary data obtained from internal materials of the selected company are used.
