Business plan for founding a sweet-shop with workshops in Prague

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá významem plánování a procesem tvorby podnikatelského plánu pro založení cukrárny s workshopy a rozvozem dortů. Jsou zde specifikovány jednotlivé analýzy, které nám pomohou k prozkoumání okolí podniku, abychom eliminovali a předcházeli chybám spojeným s provozem cukrárny. Je řešena problematika plánování jako nástroje systematického řízení firmy. Jsou vyhledávány strategie, díky kterým se budou lépe využívat vlastní i cizí zdroje. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se řeší teoretická východiska práce, z nichž je nejdůležitější podnikání a podnik a samostatný podnikatelský plán. V praktické části jsou marketingové analýzy a samostatný finanční plán. Kde v marketingových analýzách se vyhledávají strategie na všechny potřeby, požadavky a očekávání zákazníků. Je definována konkurenceschopnost podniku, rizika, se kterými se můžeme při provozování setkat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on planning and promoting the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a sweet shop with workshops and cake delivery. There are specific analyzes that allow us to explore the surroundings of the company, elimination and pre-payment associated with the operation of the sweet shop. The issue of planning as a tool of systematic company management is solved. The strategies are being sought to make your own and foreign sources. The bachelor thesis is limited to theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with theoretical basic of work in terms of business and entrepreneurship and a separate business plan. There are marketing analyzes and separate financial plan in the practical part. In the marketing analyzes are looking for strategies for all customers needs, requirements and expectations. It is defined the competitiveness of the business, the risk of seating increases when operating to meet.
