Diplomová práce se zabývá domácím násilím na seniorech a jeho právní úpravou v České republice a ve Španělsku. V první části práce vymezuje různá pojetí domácího násilí a sleduje historický vývoj ochrany poskytované jeho obětem. Master’s thesis is concerned with the topic of domestic violence against the elderly and the relevant legislation in the Czech Republic and Spain.
