Kvalita doplňků stravy na našem trhu

The Quality of food supplements on our market
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce má za cíl zhodnotit kvalitu vybraných proteinových přípravků na našem trhu a zjistit schopnost spotřebitelů se mezi nimi orientovat. V teoretické části jsme popsali problematiku těchto doplňků a vypracovali vlastní postup pro jejich zhodnocení. Praktická část hodnotí jednotlivé přípravky a výsledky anketního šetření.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis has the aim to evaluate the quality specific protein supplements on our market and determine the ability of the consumers to choose proper protein products. In theoretic part we were describe the problems of these supplements and created our own approach for their evaluating. Practical part evaluated individual supplements and results of enquiry surveys.
