Feminism in the context of social work

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů feminismu a to jak pojetím feminismu jako genderové teorie, tak i pojetím feminismu jako teorie sociální. V práci se dále zabývám historií feminismu ve světě i na našem území. Popíšu jednotlivé feministické hnutí a organizace a představím postavení ženy v 21.století. Dále porovnám podmínky výkonu povolání sociálního pracovníka s ideály feministického hnutí v minulosti a s aktuálními feministickými myšlenkami. V neposlední řadě se zabývám pozitivními podmínkami výkonu povolání sociálního pracovníka s ohledem na ideály feministického hnutí v minulosti a současnosti.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with the definition of basic concepts of feminism, both by the concept of feminism as a gender theory and the concept of feminism as a social theory. I also deal with the history of feminism in the world and in our territory. I will describe individual feminist movements and organizations and will introduce the perception of a woman in the 21st century. I also compare the conditions of the social worker's job with the ideals of the feminist movement in the past and the current feminist ideas. Last but not least, I deal with the positive conditions for the performance of a social worker's job with regard to the ideals of the feminist movement in the past and present feminism around the world.
