Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá organizovanými volnočasovými aktivitami nadaných dětí ve věku 8-11 let. Cílem je porovnat organizované volnočasové aktivity u nadaných a nenadaných dětí a zároveň zjistit, zda se tyto aktivity liší i mezi určenými kraji v ČR. Vybraným dětem z obou kategorií byl předložen dotazník zaměřený na toto téma. Dotazníky byly dětem předkládány v Praze a v Ústeckém kraji. Bylo hodnoceno, jak často děti své zájmy navštěvují, jak jsou pro ně důležité a zda jsou se svými zájmy spokojeny. Všechny získané údaje byly statisticky zpracovány. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou především vymezeny pojmy talent, nadání a genialita. Dále jsou zde popsány druhy nadání, charakteristická specifika nadaných dětí, proces vyhledávání nadaných dětí, vývoj zájmových oblastí, volný čas a organizované volnočasové aktivity dětí na 1. stupni základních škol. V praktické části diplomové práce je prezentováno zpracování, zobrazení a vyhodnocení výsledků získaných z dotazníků. V závěrečné diskuzi je uveden můj vlastní názor na tyto výsledky.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on organized extracurricular activities of gifted children between the ages 8 and 11. Its goal is to compare organized extracurricular activites of gifted and ungifted children and, at the same time, to determine whether these activities vary among the selected regions of the Czech Republic. Selected children from both categories were presented with a questionnaire focusing on this topic. The questionnaires werre distributed among children in Prague and in the Usti region. The evaluation focused on how often children attend their activities of interest, how important they are for them, and whether they are content with their interests. All collected data were statistically processed. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis defines concepts such as talent, endowment and genius. Furthermore, we describe types of endowment, characteristic specifics of gifted children, the process of searching for gifted children, the development of areas of interest, leisure time and organized extracurricular activies of children at primary schools. The practical part presents the processing, illustration and evaluation of results acquired from the questionnaires . The conclusion includes my own evaluation of these results.
