Bakalárska práca je zameraná na skrátené formy priestupkového konania. Práca je systematicky rozdelená na tri hlavné kapitoly. Prvá kapitola popisuje všeobecné aspekty priestupkového konania – pojem priestupok, znaky skutkovej podstaty priestupku a princípy priestupkového konania.
