Abstract:

HORVÁTHOVÁ, Viktória, Tax procedures as part of tax administration, College of Banking in Prague, Foreign university Banska Bystrica, helpdesk Galanta, Department of Law and Social Sciences, Banking degree program, field of study Law Administration in the business – Thesis supervisor JUDr. Petra Raučinová - Andorová - Galanta 2011, 52 pages The goal of this thesis was to determine the significance, importance and consequences of a tax ruling in the tax administration. The content of this work is devided into four chapters. The first chapter defines the development of tax administration in history. Moreover, this chapter explains the basic concepts underlying the tax administration. Furthermore, the second chapter is devoted to specific tax procedures. This chapter contains a detailed description of the principles and tax costs, which are an integral part of this work. The third chapter is devoted to the description of all phases of tax proceedings. The stages tax precedures represent a sequence of solutions to tax procedures within the tax administration. The fourth chapter can be characterized as the practical part of final thesis. The effects of tax procedures are explained in this section on a fictional company during the company's existence. Examples are used from work experience and the solution is based on legal and partly economic aspects. The result of this work is the conclusion, that the tax procedure has an important role for the state and is regulated by Act 511/1992 in the Collection of law of the administration of taxes and fees. Tax procedures are important for security and controlling of sufficient revenues into the state budget from taxes and fees. The consequence of tax procedures is to regulate errors and irregularities during period of existence of taxpayers considering taxes and fees. Legislation is aimed at regulation and repression of taxpayers in Slovakia.

HORVÁTHOVÁ, Viktória, Daňové konanie ako súčasť správy daní, Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica, konzultačné stredisko Galanta, Katedra práva a spoločenských vied, študijný program Bankovníctvo, študijný odbor Právna administratíva v podnikateľskej sfére – Vedúci bakalárskej práce JUDr. Petra Raučinová – Andorová – Galanta 2011, 52 strán Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo určiť význam, dôležitosť a následky daňového konania v rámci správy daní. Obsah práce je rozvrhnutý do štyroch kapitol. Prvá kapitola definuje vývoj správy daní v histórii. Zároveň táto kapitola vysvetľuje základné pojmy, na ktorých sa zakladá správa daní. Ďalej druhá kapitola sa venuje konkrétne daňovému konaniu. Táto kapitola obsahuje podrobný opis princípov a zásad daňového konania, ktoré sú neodlúčiteľnou časťou tejto práce. Tretia kapitola je venovaná opisu všetkých etáp daňového konania. Etapy daňového konania predstavujú postupnosť riešenia daňového konania v rámci správy daní. Štvrtú kapitolu je možné charakterizovať ako praktickú časť bakalárskej práce. V tejto časti je na fiktívnej obchodnej spoločnosti vysvetlená pôsobnosť daňového konania počas existencie spoločnosti. Príklady sú použité z praxe a riešenie je odôvodnené z právneho a čiastočne aj z ekonomického hľadiska. Výsledkom tejto práce je zistenie, že daňové konanie má pre štát dôležitú úlohu, ktoré je upravená v zákone 511/1992 Zb. o správe daní a poplatkov. Daňové konanie je dôležité z hľadiska zabezpečenia a kontroly dostačujúcich príjmov do štátneho rozpočtu z daní a poplatkov. Dôsledkom daňového konania je regulácia chýb, nedostatkov počas pôsobnosti daňových subjektov z titulu daní a poplatkov. Legislatíva slúži na regulovanie a represiu daňových subjektov na území SR.
