National culture and its homogeneity
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje národní kultuře v Kazachstánu a její homogenitě z hlediska národnosti. V teoretické části, jsou popsány definice kultury a kulturní dimenze od různých autorů. Pro základ výzkumné části, byly využité práce Hofstedeho. Výzkum je zaměřen na homogenitu národní kultury z hlediska národnosti a regionů. Výsledky výzkumu jsou diskutovány na konci práce.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the national culture in Kazakhstan. The theoretical part describes the definitions of culture and cultural dimensions defined by various authors. Hofstede’s method was chosen for the practical part. The research is focused on the homogeneity of national culture in terms of nationality and regions. The results of the research are discussed.
