Cieľom bakalárskej práce je popísať a analyzovať hypotekárne úvery na Slovensku z pohľadu kvantitatívnej a kvalitatívnej analýzy od 1.1.2005 do 30.6.2010. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená do dvoch kapitol. V prvej kapitole charakterizujeme hypotekárne bankovníctvo na Slovensku a popisujeme hypotekárny úver, členenie HÚ, etapy a podmienky poskytovania hypotekárnych úverov.
