The topic of this thesis is related to the secrecy of the Swiss banks and their sleeping accounts. The reader will learn about the Swiss economy during the first half of the 20th century and be familiarized with the term ?bank secrecy?. Tématem této závěrečné práce je problematika týkající se bankovního tajemství v souvislosti se spícími bankovními konty ve švýcarských bankách. Čtenář získá obecnou představu o švýcarském finančním hospodářství v první polovině dvacátého století a o pojmu bankovního tajemství.
