Implementation of DICOM Format Supprot into the RationAI Pipeline
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá průzkumem existujících nástrojů pro práci se snímky formátu DICOM. Srovnává nástroje pro konverzi snímků z formátu MIRAX do formátu DICOM. Dále srovnává rychlost manipulace se snímky a implementuje univerzální řešení pro práci se snímky více formátů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the survey of existing tools for working with DICOM format images. Compares tools for converting images from MIRAX format to DICOM format. It also compares the speed of image manipulation and implements a universal solution for working with images of multiple formats.
