Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je věnována fenoménu Initial Coin Offering, konkrétně jeho komplexní analýze, a to jak z hlediska nynějšího stavu tohoto procesu získávání kapitálu, tak i z pohledu možného budoucího vývoje. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is devoted to the phenomenon of Initial Coin Offer-ing, specifically its comprehensive analysis, both in terms of the cur-rent state and in terms of possible future development. The thesis looks at the ICO from an economic, legal and technical point of view, and compares it with both the classic IPO process and other types of crowdfunding.
