Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochranných pásem v českém právním řádu. V prvé části diplomové práce jsou srovnány a popsány podobnosti a odlišnosti jednotlivých právních úprav ochranných pásem z hlediska jejich vzniku, režimu ochrany v nich, omezení práv, jež jejich zřízením vznikají, a zániku.
