Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout vybrané vnitropodnikové směrnice pro společnost XY. V teoretické části je uveden význam vnitropodnikových směrnic pro firmy, jejich náležitosti a klasifikace. The aim of this bachelor thesis is a proposal of selected internal directives for the company XY. The first part describes the importance of internal directives for companies, their requirements and classification.
