Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována orgánům obcí a ověření hypotézy, zda zřízení orgánu obce, kterým je obecní policie, pro menší obce či městyse skutečně ovlivňuje jevy, jakými jsou například snížení kriminality nebo zvýšení pocitu bezpečí obyvatel. K těmto zjištěním je užita především SWOT analýza doplněná rozhovory s místostarosty obce.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis is dedicated to municipal authorities and the verification of the hypothesis, whether the establishment of a municipal authority, which is the municipal police for smaller municipalities or towns, trully affects phenomena such as a reduction in crime or an increase in the sense of safety of the inhabitants.
