The aim of this thesis is to compare the institute of annulment of the arbitration award in the Czech and Slovak law. The first part describes the comparative method. The choice of the object for comparison is based on the knowledges obtained in this part. Predmetom diplomovej práce je komparácia inštitútu zrušenia rozhodcovského nálezu v českom a slovenskom práve. Na začiatku je všeobecne popísaná komparatívna metóda a získané poznatky sú premietnuté do voľby objektu porovnávania.
