Autor se ve své bakalářské práci zabývá problematikou výkonu trestu zákazu vstupu (TZV) v rámci probační a mediační služby. Cílem práce je zejména seznámení s průběhem výkonu tohoto trestu v praxi. Za pomoci případové studie autor popisuje průběh výkonu trestu včetně využitých metod sociální práce, které porovnal s výsledky dotazníkového šetření u pracovníků probační služby.
