Abstract:

Diplomová práce Předsednictví v EU: Perspektivy českého předsednictví v Radě ozřejmuje aspekty výkonu tohoto institutu. V první části práce jsou uvedeny především základní pojmy a obecné informace související s touto problematikou. Předsednictví je představeno v širším kontextu. Smyslem je definovat význam a zásadní úlohy předsednictví. Zmíněna je rovněž krátká historie institutu. Pro jasnou představu jsou v práci uvedeny okolnosti výkonu předsednictví vybraných členských států Evropské unie. Druhá část práce je konkrétně zaměřena na výkon českého předsednictví. Pozornost je směřována hlavně na motto předsednictví. Věnuje se prioritám, které si Česká republika stanovila a jednotlivě je analyzuje. Práce obsahuje rovněž vyčíslení nákladů souvisejících s přípravami a výkonem předsednictví. Upozorněno je také na problematiku personálního zajištění během příprav a poté během předsednictví samotného. Práce by měla poskytnout ucelenou představu o přípravě a výkonu předsednictví a problematických oblastech, které s touto tématikou úzce souvisí.

Abstract:

This diploma work Presidency of the EU: Perspectives of the Czech Republic’s Presidency of the Council elucidates aspects of an achievement of this institute. At the first part of the work are state above all basic conceptions and common information associated with this dilemma. The Presidency is presented in a broad sense. Purpose in view is to define meaning and principle tasks of the Presidency. Mentioned is also short history of this institute. At the diploma state are terms of achievements of choice member states of European Union presidency for clear notion. The second part of the work is in the concrete sight on achievement Czech presidency. Attention is directed mainly on motto of the Presidency. The diploma attends to priority, which the Czech republic has determined and analyzes it individually. This work includes cost accounting associated with preparations and achievement of the Presidency. It was also advised of dilemma of staffing during preparations and with that during the Presidency himself. The diploma should give comprehensive conception of disposition and achievement of the Presidency and questionable spheres, which are closely associated with this thematic.
