Business process management in the banking sector
Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je problematika procesního řízení v bankovnictví. Cílem práce je prokázat, že zavedení metod procesního řízení v bankovnictví přispěje k dosažení cílů dle strategie banky s přesahem na interního zákazníka. Dále je v práci zpracován koncept automatizace procesů jako přidané hodnoty procesního řízení, tuto automatizaci realizujeme a tím prověříme, její proveditelnost.
Abstract:
The subject of this diploma thesis is the issue of process management in the banking sector. The aim of the work is to prove that introduction of process management methods in banking, will contribute to achieving strategic goals with an overlap on the internal customer.
