Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapování problematiky letecké přepravy zvířat. První část teorie zahrnuje stručnou historii, právní aspekty doprovázející tento specifický druh přepravy a to jak mezinárodní předpisy, tak nařízení v rámci Evropské unie a České republiky.
