Diplomová práce se zabývá sociální izolací žen na mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. V teoretické části jsou popsány hlavní pojmy, zejména status mateřské a rodičovské dovolené, mateřská role a příčiny a následky sociální izolace žen na mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. The thesis deals with the social isolation of women on maternity and parental leave.
