Abstract:

Diplomová práce Municipální správa a Evropská unie se zabývá zkoumáním vlivu Evropské unie na běžné administrativní a hospodářské činnosti nižších územních samosprávných celků. Konkrétně jsem se zaměřila na obec Lenešice. Jaké povinnosti a výhody vyplývají obci z členství České republiky v EU a do jaké míry obec čerpá finanční prostředky z evropských fondů. Dále má diplomová práce zhodnotit dopady na municipální správu a porovnat její fungování před a po roce 2004, kdy Česká republika vstoupila do Evropské unie. V závěrečné práci se také zabývám tím, prostřednictvím kterých programů by mohla ještě obec navýšit svůj rozpočet a uskutečnit tak pro ni potřebné projekty.

Abstract:

The thesis Municipal Administration and the European Union deals with examining the influence of the European Union on routine administrative and economic activities of lower local government units. In particular, the paper focuses on the community of Lenesice. It describes duties and advantages for the community resulting from the CR membership in the EU. It looks at the level of drawing finance from the EU funds. Further, my thesis shall evaluate the EU impacts on municipal administration and it shall compare the municipal administration functioning before and after 2004 – the year when the Czech Republic joined the European Union. The thesis also deals with the issue of which programmes could be used in order to increase the community´s budget and thus implement the most needed projects.
