Hegel je prvním politickým teoretikem, který odděluje sféru občanské společnosti a státu s tím, že Hegel nadřazuje stát nad občanskou společnost. V první části své práce se tedy pokusím vysvětlit koncepci občanské společnosti u Hegela v díle Základy filosofie práva. V další části se budu věnovat jeho pojetí státu. Abstract:
Hegel was the first political theoretican who separated civil society and state spheres with Hegel placing the state above the civil society. Therefore, in the first part in my work I am going to explain Hegel´s concept of covil society in his work the Philosophy of Right. In the next part I am going to focus on his theory of state.
