Design of equipment for rapid prototyping parts cleaning

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukcí čistící kabiny pro rapid prototyping. Čistící kabina je navržena pro modely zhotoveny metodou Polyjet. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé metody rapid prototyping, jejich princip a použití. Dále také stručně zásady konstrukce a ergonometrie na pracovišti. Praktická část obsahuje návrh čtyř variant provedení čistící kabiny, z toho jsou dvě varianty konstrukční. Konstrukční varianty byly navrženy tak, aby se získala finančně dostupnější čistící kabina, než ta, kterou dodává firma Objet. Ke konstrukci byl použit program Catia V5 R18, normalizované části byly voleny podle katalogů dostupných dodavatelů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with design and construction of cleaning box for rapid prototyping. Cleaning box is designed for models constructed by using Polyjet technology. In the theoretical part the various methods of rapid prototyping and application of their principles are described. It also the principles of design and ergonomics in the workplace are briefly described. The practical part describes design of the four variants cleaning box, of which two are con-struction variants. Construction variants were designed to reach affordable cleaning box than those supplied by the company Objet. We used Catia V5 R18 for the design and stan-dards were chosen according to the available suppliers.
