Leasing - tax and accounting perspective

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Leasing - daňový a účetní pohled“ se zabývá analýzou leasingu z pohledu daňového a účetního. První část je zaměřena na charakteristiku leasingu, jeho jednotlivé druhy i řešení problému, výhod či nevýhod leasingu. V druhé části práce se zaměřuji na leasing z hlediska daně z příjmu i daně z přidané hodnoty a dále účtováním leasingových operací. Ve třetí části porovnávám i jiné způsoby financování při pořízení předmětu leasingu. Ve čtvrté části uvádím výpočet metody čisté výhody leasingu. V poslední páté části aplikuji získané informace na konkrétních příkladech.

Abstract:

Thesis „Leasing - tax and accounting perspective“ deals with analysis leasingu from the perspective tax and accounting. The first part is focused the characteristics leasingu, its individual types the solution problem, benefits or disadvantages leasingu. In the second part I focus leasing in terms of income tax and value added tax and accounting leasing operations. In the third part compare other ways funding at acquisition subject leasingu. In the fourth part I mention calculation method of net benefits of leasing. In the last fifth part I application obtained information on concrete examples.
