Abstract:

DORAZILOVÁ, Magdaléna. Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s cholelithiázou. Bakalářská práce. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, 2024. Tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelský proces o pacienta s cholelitiázou, kterou též můžeme nazvat tvorba žlučových kamenů. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii a popisu žlučníku a žlučovodů, popisem fyzikálního vyšetření a diagnostice onemocnění. Další kapitoly se zabývají specifiky ošetřovatelské péče a prevenci. V praktické části je uveden konkrétní případ pacienta s diagnózou cholelithiázy. V práci je detailně popsán případ pacienta od jeho přijetí až po jeho propuštění. Během psaní práce byly identifikovány ošetřovatelské problémy, na jejichž základě byly stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy zaměřené na problém a ošetřovatelské diagnózy rizik dle NANDA International 2018-2020. a následně byly tyto diagnózy seřazeny podle priorit pacienta. U vybraných ošetřovatelských diagnóz jsou stanoveny cíle, očekávané výsledky, plány ošetřovatelských intervencí, jejich realizace a vyhodnocení péče. Součástí praktické části práce jsou i doporučení pro praxi. Klíčová slova Cholelithiáza. Ošetřovatelský proces. Žlučové kameny.

ABSTRACT DORAZILOVÁ, Magdaléna. Nursing process in a patient with cholelithiasis. Bachelor Thesis. Medical College, 2024. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the nursing process for a patient with cholelithiasis, which can also be called the formation of gallstones. The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the anatomy and description of the gallbladder and bile ducts, description of the physical examination and diagnosis of the disease. The remaining chapters describe the specifics of nursing care and prevention. The practical part presents a specific case of a patient diagnosed with cholelithiasis. The work describes in detail the case of the patient from his admission to his discharge. During the writing of the thesis, nursing problems were identified, on the basis of which actual and potential nursing diagnoses were determined according to NANDA International 2018-2020. and then these diagnoses were ranked according to the patient's priorities. Goals are set for selected nursing diagnoses, expected results, nursing intervention plans, their implementation and evaluation of care. The practical part of the thesis also includes recommendations that can be used in practice. Key words Cholelithiasis. Gallstones. Nursing process.
