Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematikou sociální percepce v závislosti na vzájemné reciprocitě žáka a pedagoga, která se prezentuje v oblasti školních zařízení. Jedná se o téma, které je v současné době, velice aktuální a jehož smysl neustále nabírá na významu. Teoretická část diplomové práce prezentuje, vymezuje a definuje edukační proces, sociální interakci, sociální percepci a reciprocitu (vymezuje jejich příčiny vzniku, formy, definuje účastníky reciprocity, chování apod.). Praktická část se zaměřuje na realizaci kvantitativního výzkumného šetření, jehož technikou sběru dat je dotazníkové šetření, které bylo realizována u studentů střední školy. Hlavním záměrem empirické části práce je zjistit jaký vliv má reciprocita žáka a pedagoga na třídní klima Předmětem práce je zjistit, jaké vztahy ve třídě převažují mezi žáky a pedagogy, a jaký vliv mají tyto vztahy na klima ve třídě. Zda-li se pozitivní vztah mezi žákem a pedagogem projeví pozitivně na třídní klima nebo naopak zda-li se negativní vztah mezi žákem a pedagogem negativně projeví na třídní klima.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of social perception, depending on the mutual reciprocity of the educatee and the educator, which is presented in the field of school facilities. This is a topic of current importance and its meaning is still gaining magnitude. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis presents, specifies and defines the educational process, social interaction, social perception and reciprocity. It also defines their causes of origin, forms, participants of reciprocity, behavior etc. The practical part is focused on the realization of a quantitative research. The technique of data collection is a questionnaire survey that took place at secondary schools. The main aim of the empirical part of the thesis is to determine the influence of the student and pedagogue reciprocity on the classroom climate. The subject-matter of the thesis is to find out what relationship in the class is predominant among students and educators and what influence they have on the climate in the classroom. It detects whether the positive relationship between a student and a pedagogue is positive for a classroom climate, or vice versa, whether the negative relationship between a student and a pedagogue has a negative impact on the classroom climate.
