Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo potvrzení nebo vyvrácení hypotézy, že s využitím možnosti uplatnit výdaje procentem z příjmů při stanovení základu daně je dosaženo optimálního zdanění příjmů a je naplněn jeden z důvodů zavedení tohoto způsobu uplatnění výdajů, kterým je zjednodušení daní pro živnostníky. The aim of the bachelor thesis can be seen either in supporting or rebutting the hypothesis that the use of possibility to assert expenses by means of the income percentage when stating the tax base results in reaching optimal income taxation and it also results in meeting one of the reasons for introducing this way of asserting expenses, i.e. the simplification of taxation for traders.
