Práce se zabývá metodou ozařování levostranného karcinomu prsu v hlubokém nádechu, pomocí které je možno snížit výslednou dávku záření na srdce. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii prsní žlázy, karcinom prsu, jeho prevenci, diagnostiku, principy radioterapie a techniky ozařování. Abstract:
The work deals with the method of left breast radiotherapy in deep inspiration breath-hold, which reduces the dose of radiation to the heart. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the mammary gland, breast cancer, prevention, diagnostics, principles of radiotherapy and irradiation techniques.
