Regional policy of EU and Czech Republic (2004 – 2011)

Abstract:

Aim of this study is to analyze the functioning of the CR and EU policies in the years 2004 to 2011, with an emphasis on the application of measures, priorities and instruments of regional policy in practice. A sub-goal is the formulation of relationships and links with regional policy areas of education. First, they defined the current theoretical study of analytical materials on the issues. They will identify characteristics of the functioning of EU regional policy in the different programming periods and regional policy of the CR in 2004-2006 and 2007-2013. Result will be a synthesis of findings documents theoretical and practical parts.

Abstract:

Cílem práce je analýza fungování regionálních politik ČR a EU v letech 2004 až 2011, s důrazem na aplikaci jednotlivých opatření, priorit a dále nástrojů regionální politiky v praxi. Dílčím cílem je formulace vztahů a provázanosti regionální politiky s oblastí vzdělávání. Nejprve budou vymezena teoretická východiska studiem aktuálních analytických materiálů k dané problematice. Dále budou identifikovány charakteristiky fungování regionální politiky EU v jednotlivých programovacích obdobích a regionální politiky ČR v období 2004-2006 a 2007-2013. Výsledkem bude syntéza zjištěných teoretických podkladů a praktické části.
