Bachelor thesis titled “Legal Remedies in Tax Proceeding” is aimed to demonstrate how legal remedies work in the real tax proceeding. Under the decision of the tax office it is possible to impose obligations on taxpayers or to confirm their legitimate rights. Práca pod názvom ,,Opravné prostriedky v daňovom konaní“ je zameraná na fungovanie opravných prostriedkov v nadväznosti na daňové konanie. V daňovom konaní možno rozhodnutím ukladať povinnosti alebo priznávať práva daňovým subjektom.
