Téma diplomové práce se zaměřuje na oblast státní správy a diplomatiky jako pomocné vědy historické. První část práce se zabývá samosprávou města Brna a jejími orgány. Hlavní slovo tu měla městská rada, která k vykonávání svých činností potřebovala i kancelář vybavenou patřičným úředním personálem. The theme of extended essay finds with a view to state administration and diplomatic science as auxilary historical science. The first part of the essay deals with a self-government of town Brno and its organs. The borough council of Brno was the most important of them.
