V této práci se zaměřuji na problematiku možného legislativního zásahu do nezávislosti obhajoby, kdy tímto způsobem může být narušena nezávislost obhajoby po záminkou naplnění trestného činu maření spravedlnosti dle § 347a trestního zákoníku. This thesis is about possible legislative intervention into independence of defense. This intervention can be caused by the criminal offense of obstruction of justice according to §347a of the Criminal Code. In the thesis I explain at first what is and how works independence of defense, what is her role and purpose in our legal system.
