Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice diskriminace při výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců. Vybrané diskriminované skupiny jsou ženy, absolventi a lidé v předdůchodovém věku. V práci jsou popsány formy, jak se diskriminace může projevovat. Tyto formy jsou porovnány s reálnou scénou.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of discrimination in the selection and recruitment. Selected discriminated groups are women, graduates and people approaching retirement age. The paper describes the forms as discrimination can manifest. These forms are compared with the real scene.
