Cílem této bakalářská práce je vypracování komplexní analýzy business modelu existujícího podnikatelského subjektu s následnou inovací jednotlivých stavebních prvků. Dílčím cílem je analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, ke které byly využity vhodné analytické metody. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop a comprehensive analysis of the business model of an existing business entity with subsequent innovation of individual building elements.
