Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je Agenturní zaměstnávání. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na právní rozbor agenturního zaměstnávání podle aktuální právní úpravy, se zaměřením na nejčastější formy porušování zákona ze strany agentur práce na konkrétních případech včetně možnosti jejich řešení. První část práce se zaměřuje na definici agenturního zaměstnávání z teoretického hlediska, následuje část aplikační, kde je téma agenturního zaměstnávání diskutováno s jeho uživateli. Praktická část je také doplněna o statistiky orgánu Státního úřadu pro kontrolu a inspekci práce a o stručné návrhy opatření.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is „agency employment“. Specifically the thesis focuses on the legal analysis of agency employment according to current legislative situation, aiming on the most common forms of violation of the law by personal agencies in specific cases, including the possibility of their solution. First part of thesis is focusing on the definition of agency employment from a theoretical point of view. The theory is followed by the application part, where the topic of agency employment is discussed with its users. Practical part of the thesis is supported by statistics from the state office for labor control and my own brief proposals for measures.
